2. Information we collect

We collect information directly from you when you email or call us using the published contact details. This website has no contact form that submits messages.

Contact details
Your name, email address and, if provided, phone number and business identification.
Communication contents
Your request, service or project type, date, location, expected deliverables, any budget and other material you send that is needed to handle the enquiry.
Projects
Necessary contractual, contact and billing details where a project proceeds.
Technical data
Hosting and email infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, browser information, mail delivery information and security logs. The provider’s exact scope and retention periods have not yet been fully verified.

Clicking an email link opens your configured application. You compose and send the message through your own email service; this website does not send it for you or collect information in a form. You can also copy the address and use it in your mailbox.

Contacting us or providing information is not a statutory obligation. You choose what to include; without information needed to reply and assess your request, we may be unable to prepare a quotation or project. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information or other people’s data. An enquiry does not confirm a date or place an order.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Enquiries, quotations and projects: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps requested by you towards a contract with you as an individual and for performing that contract.
  • Business communications and general questions: Article 6(1)(f), where the legitimate interest in responding to requested communications is justified and assessed for the particular processing. Not every business question is a pre-contractual step in relation to its sender.
  • Accounting: Article 6(1)(c) for specific legal duties, particularly retaining relevant documents under Slovak Act No. 431/2002 Coll.
  • Security and legal claims: Article 6(1)(f), only to the necessary and proportionate extent for protecting communications and services or establishing, exercising and defending specific claims, following a legitimate interests assessment.

Contact information is not used to subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not require general processing consent for an ordinary pre-contractual enquiry. If the purpose changes, we will provide relevant information in advance and processing must have an appropriate legal basis.

4. Email and phone contact

Email fotovideo@rbschubocksk.sbs, call 0902 487 637 or use our other published contacts. The website has no submission form or external CAPTCHA. Viewing contact details does not send a message.

Websupport provides hosting and our business mailboxes info@rbschubocksk.sbs, fotovideo@rbschubocksk.sbs and objednavka@rbschubocksk.sbs. Business mail is not automatically forwarded to or stored in Gmail. Sending through your own mailbox is also subject to your chosen provider’s rules; we do not promise unverified delivery features.

5. Recipients

Information is available to the controller and people authorised to handle communications and projects to the extent needed. Websupport s. r. o. provides hosting and business email. Section 16.11 of its terms addresses processing as a processor under Article 28 GDPR; applicability and scope depend on the specific customer contract.

Further technical suppliers, access and terms must reflect the provider’s actual contractual configuration; the full scope has not yet been documented. Information may be disclosed to public authorities where a specific law or lawful proceeding requires it. This website has no external contact-form receiving service.

6. Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as long as its purpose requires. For enquiries without a contract, our internal plan sets a maximum of six months after communication ends, unless earlier deletion is appropriate or a specific legal reason justifies further retention. This is not a statutory period; the controller still needs to implement the planned monthly review and deletion procedure. We do not claim that automated deletion already operates.

For projects, necessary information is retained during contract performance and afterwards only to the extent and for the time required by a specific legal duty or justified protection of legal claims. The reason and duration are assessed against the relevant documents and claims.

Relevant accounting documents under Section 35(3)(c) of Slovak Act No. 431/2002 Coll. are retained for ten years following the year to which they relate. This period does not automatically apply to every email.

Messages are retained in our Websupport business mailboxes under the rules above. Backups and technical logs follow the provider’s separate rules; their exact periods and scope have not yet been verified. At the end of the applicable period, information must be securely deleted or effectively anonymised unless another legal reason for retention exists.

7. Cookies and technical data

The public local code has no analytics or advertising scripts, external CAPTCHA or submission form. It does not store enquiry contents in browser storage. Page media and fonts do not require an external player or font service.

This alone does not confirm the behaviour of production hosting, any hosting cookies or technical logs. The actual scope needs to be checked at deployment. Section 109(8) of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll. distinguishes storage or access requiring demonstrable prior consent from exceptions for transmitting communications and a strictly necessary service expressly requested by the user. Technologies requiring consent must not run before it is obtained.

After you visit an external platform or use your chosen email service, its own rules also apply. We do not claim that these third-party services are cookie-free.

8. Possible transfers outside the EEA

Enquiries are not sent directly from this website to a third-party form service. Websupport provides business hosting and email. This alone does not establish all storage and access countries or involvement of further technical suppliers.

The precise conditions for any transfers outside the EEA still need evidence from the specific customer contract and providers. We do not state unverified countries, certification, clauses or adequacy decisions. If transfers occur, recipients, applicable safeguards and how to obtain a copy must be specified; this operational question is not yet fully resolved. You can request information at info@rbschubocksk.sbs.

9. Images, videos and external links

An enquiry is separate from photographing or filming people, delivering a project and publishing a portfolio. Their purposes, scope, legal basis, recipients and retention are addressed for the specific work and in the relevant information. An enquiry or project delivery does not constitute permission for advertising use of images.

Alongside the GDPR, personality rights under Sections 11 and 12 of the Slovak Civil Code apply, including conditions for permission and any statutory exceptions. Publication on YouTube does not itself establish permission for promotional use on this website.

YouTube, Patreon, Ko-fi and TikTok are external links; the respective platforms’ rules apply after clicking. Video examples have no embedded player and thumbnails are local. The website does not process payments or support contributions on these platforms.

10. Your rights and complaints

Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access to and a copy of your data, rectification, erasure or restriction. Portability applies to information you provided where processing is automated and based on consent or a contractual basis. Erasure is not absolute, particularly where retention is legally required.

You may object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Continued processing is then subject to the GDPR’s conditions. Where a separate activity relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawfulness; an ordinary pre-contractual enquiry does not require such consent.

Send requests to info@rbschubocksk.sbs or our registered office. Information on action taken is provided without undue delay, normally within one month; where statutory conditions are met, this may be extended by two further months, with reasons communicated within the first month. Where reasonable doubts exist, proportionate additional identity information may be requested. Requests are normally free; any fee or refusal for a manifestly unfounded or excessive request is subject to Article 12 GDPR and must be justified.

You may complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Galvaniho Business Centrum II, Galvaniho 7/B, 821 04 Bratislava; current procedures are on the official website. The GDPR also permits complaints to a competent supervisory authority, particularly in the country of habitual residence, work or alleged infringement, without prejudice to judicial remedies.

11. Automated assessment

The public website does not automatically decide prices, contracts or date availability, or profile people for those purposes. Enquiries are handled through direct communication. Any technical email filtering by the mailbox provider is not the website deciding on a project; its specific configuration and effects have not yet been fully verified. This is not a determination of every internal provider process under Article 22 GDPR.

12. Security and updates

The website does not send enquiry contents; you compose email through your own service. Business mailbox, access and backup security must reflect the risks. We do not promise absolute security or unverified email encryption. Incidents require assessment of notification and communication duties under Articles 33 and 34 GDPR.

Information is updated when processing changes materially. The date indicates a text revision, not legal approval or confirmation that planned measures have been implemented.
